DO YOU BUY SHOES?

No, we don't operate in the buy/trade market. We are an authorized retail partner for the following footwear brands: Nike SB, New Balance, Vans, Lakai and Saucony.

CAN YOU HOLD AN ITEM FOR ME?

We do operate a layaway policy. A 50% deposit is required. This deposit will allow us to hold your item for up to 30 days.

CAN YOU CALL ME WHEN YOU GET "SUCH AND SUCH" IN?

Sorry, we are unable to call when any particular product becomes available. We recommend following our Instagram account and joining our LOYALTY REWARDS CLUB to get text/email alerts.

RAFFLE FAQ

I DON'T HAVE AN INSTAGRAM, CAN I ENTER YOUR RAFFLE?

Technically you can enter but you can NOT win without an instagram. Winners of our raffle draws are contacted via Instagram DM so you must have an account and be following our page to eligible to win.

CAN I ENTER WITH MY SCHOOL ID OR WORK ID?

No. You can not enter or win with a school ID or work ID. Your ID must be government issued, have your photo and not be expired.

HOW COME I NEVER WIN?

There could be numerous factors as to why you haven't won yet.

First thing to check is that you are following our instagram. You must be following to be eligible to win. If you are following, be sure we have your current instagram handle with the proper spelling/punctuation on your account or when you input your entry via our online form.

Next, is to make sure you are signed up for our Loyalty Rewards Elite Club with text alerts.

Finally, location does play into it. Our propriety algorithm executes our raffle to pick winners with weighted preference to locations within a given radius of ours. If you are outside that radius your odds of winning are greatly decreased.

You may be on our blacklist for past raffle entry infractions. If that is the case keep entering but do so properly without any infractions and eventually you will be re-eligible to win.

It's just luck of the draw. You may not win after signing up for every previous raffle we have held. Or you might win on your first try.

CAN I WIN MORE THAN ONE PAIR?

It is NOT possible to win multiple pairs of the same size on a raffle.

WHAT IS THE BLACKLIST?

We maintain a list of raffle entrants who have tried to cheat the system or have not followed the rules of our raffle process. If you are on this list you will be unable to win a raffle until your are removed after a given amount of time depending on your last violation.

DO YOU HAVE ANY LEFTOVER PAIRS?

If you ask us this question you will be placed on the blacklist. As is stated in our raffle rules, any pairs not paid for in-time are re-raffled to a new winner. This scenario rarely happens.

IS THE RAFFLE FOR LOCALS ONLY?

Not exactly. Our propriety algorithm for our raffles does give more weight to entrants within a specified radius. If you are outside that radius your odds progressively depress the farther away you are.

CAN I PAY EXTRA FOR A GUARANTEED PAIR?

Absolutely not.

CAN I USE MY POINTS WHEN I ENTER ONLINE?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept your points for online entries for our raffles. If you have Elite Club points and want to use them for a raffle you must come in-store to enter.

I MADE A MISTAKE FOR MY ENTRY, WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do, which is why we stress you take your time when filling out the online raffle form.

Incorrect phone numbers, instagrams, name spellings, emails, size selection, etc. can not be adjusted after entered.

Do not attempt to make another entry as it will be caught in our filter as a duplicate and you will be placed on our blacklist.

CAN YOU SHIP MY WINNING PAIR?

No. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the rules for a specific raffle release, all releases are pick-up only.

THE ONLINE FORM ISN'T WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?

The online entry will sometimes experience bandwidth issues and not display properly. Give it some time and retry.

I WAS CONTACTED BY SOMEONE SAYING I WON BUT NOT SURE IF IT'S REAL.

We only contact winners of our raffles from our official brand instagram, LICKNYC. Be safe and smart out there. When we run raffles there routinely are scammers trying to take advantage of people. A key thing to know is we DO NOT ask for any kind of deposit payments. We do not send any type of payment links through Instagram DMs. Most scammers will try and get you to pay them via CashApp, Zelle, Paypal or something similar. Do NOT pay them anything, report and block them.

HOW DO I GET POINTS?

Purchases online and in-store will earn you one point for every dollar spent (tax does not count).

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY POINTS?

The points you earn can be redeemed for additional entries into our raffles for special releases. Points will also accumulate over time to unlock discounts and special offers.

HOW MANY POINTS DOES IT TAKE FOR AN EXTRA RAFFLE ENTRY?

Every 20 points can be redeemed for an additional raffle entry.

DO MY POINTS RUN OUT?

Points expire for additional raffle entries after 3 months from the day they are earned. Points for discounts and special offers never expire (although the offers/discounts may have an expiration date).

ONLINE ORDERING FAQ

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders are processed, packaged and shipped usually within two business days. Shipping times vary depending on your address. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you after packing is completed.
